Focusing on fresh, whole organic foods, Annamaria’s workshops share practical advice on preparing quick and simple dishes that are both nutritious and delicious; and a wealth of experience on how best to incorporate smart food choices for optimal health. Seminar: We will share some of the key things to healthy eating and being active, including some simple steps to transition to a healthier lifestyle.
Food-Prep Demonstration: Step-by-step directions for preparing delicious, nutritious and healthy meals.
Discussion: Ongoing open dialogue about the health benefits of fresh, whole organic foods; detoxification; healthy weight loss; balanced eating practices; and optimal health through conscious eating choices and proper fitness to complement those choices.
Option 1: Seminar & Discussion
Annamaria will conduct a 1-hour seminar on healthy eating, engaging discussion, and a simple food-prep demonstration (with samples).
Option 2: Food Prep Demo, Discussion & Lunch
Annamaria will conduct a 1-hour workshop with a food-prep demonstration, ongoing discussion, and a light gluten & dairy-free lunch.
