What is Cacao & How does it benefit us?
Cacao (chocolate in its purest raw form) is plant medicine that has been used by the Mayans & Aztecs for centuries both by the Shamans and people in their everyday lives. This connecting, heart-opening medicine is nowadays still used for ritual, healing and shamanic journeying. Raw cacao is one of the most dense superfoods and is the highest source of magnesium on the planet. Additionally, it contains anandamide, a so-called “bliss chemical” that works with the heart’s ability to expand, supports emotional clearing, and deepen the connection with self and with life. It is believed that the spirit of cacao has the power to reveal and unlock the secrets of the soul, bringing forth our ultimate truth in a way that is soft, immediate and lasting.
In ceremonial doses, raw cacao is a powerful heart opener that paves the way to transformation through self-love guiding us to deepen our understanding of who we truly are, release old patterns and traumas and move into a more compassionate but powerful space. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.
This ancient plant medicine bridges the gap between Heart and Spirit. This ceremony will connect you with the Spirit of Cacao to be used as a tool to safely open your heart to be healed, inspired, and transformed.
I host Cacao Ceremonies on certain dates & locations, but I can also come to you, to your preferred location, with your friends, family & colleagues. I will bring everything for the ceremony, all you need to do is bring yourselves and an open heart. The ceremony can be personalized, I can include a meditation, transformational breathwork, sound healing, shamanic journey, light language activations, embodiment flow, yoga, & ecstatic dance.
